He made sure we got the best views and took plenty of time to explain everything we were seeing. Thank you, Look Lanka Tours, for a memorable experience!Verified Deceptive and disappointing Look Lanka’s service was shockingly inadequate and deceptive. Despite advertising as if all trips were included, we had to pay over €500 per person for activities on the spot. The accommodations were nowhere near the promised standard, with some hotels in appalling conditions. One hotel was even located next to a sewer and we had to walk through dirty water to get to the entrance of another hotel. Their refusal to cover basic day trips left us with wasted days, unable to do anything. Communication was painfully slow, full of empty promises and finger-pointing when things went wrong. The 'scenic train ride' they advertised was an outright lie—what we got instead was a brief, filthy third-class journey that barely cost them a few cents. Their meager compensation of a few euros per person didn’t even begin to address the significant extra costs and inconvenience we endured. This company’s blatant disregard for delivering what was promised is disgraceful. After further communication Look Lanka still claims everything they did was right and we had no grounds to complain.Verified Recommended We really liked the tour "Glimpse of Ceylon". I asked them for a 10-day round trip proposal and send them the main things I wanted to see. Look Lanka tailored the perfect tour for us, including Anuradhapura, Polonnaruwa, Dambulla, Sigiriya, Nuwara Eliya, Ella, Galle, Yala and Minneriya national park. The program was densely packed and never boring. At the end of our journey, we spent a day at beautiful Bentota Beach. The trip was well organized from start to finish. All hotels were beautiful and carefully selected in good locations.We went on two jeep safaris and saw lots of wild animals like elephant, bear, leopard, monkey, eagle, bat and birds. Our special thanks go to Sandun, who looked after us excellently from the time we were picked up at the airport to the return flight. He is a very good driver who guided us safely through the crazy traffic in Sri Lanka. We always felt safe with him. Sandun was very nice, polite and friendly, always with a smile. He was always on time and had good knowledge of the visited areas. We found Look Lanka Tours through a search on Instagram. From the beginning they were very regardfull, adjusting our tours and quickly gave us the information we asked for! Our tour was booked for 4 nights, 5 days, with hotels, car, driver and tours, which we adjusted every day!! Everything was perfect from the beginning when Sandun received us at the airport until the end of the trip when he left us at the airport again!!Sandun was always very respectful to the schedule, always smiling, polite and extremely kind with all of us!!! The time for collection was always arranged for the next leg of the journey.The hotels that we were booked into were fantastic and we were given wonderful rooms. If food was provided it was fresh, lovely and plentiful. If it was not, the location of the hotels was close by to local restaurants for us to explore and chose something.Sandun was always on time and ready to greet us with a smile and to take our bags. He had good knowledge of the areas and able to navigate it quickly and safely.The range of activities and destinations booked for us was great. Sandun made the whole process very smooth and easy and got us to where we needed to be.He has good local knowledge to advise us when we needed.We were able to adjust the itinerary slightly depending on what we wanted to do, we wanted to spend some more time in the hotel so we didn’t do the village tour or local dance shows.We met the owner and staff at Look Lanka at the end of the trip and were very keen to ensure we had a wonderful experience and also presented with a small gift.We would highly recommend Look Lanka as a tour company and were very happy with the whole experience.We did mention to the team that the itinerary should be marked with any activity which required us to pay the admission fee or additional payment, just so we could plan the financial aspects of the trip more easily and clearly.Thank you to the whole Look Lanka team, especially Sandun, who went out of their way to make our trip so special.Verified Amazing Absolutely amazing!!!
