Our Promise
- We match any like-for-like land-arrangement quote from a reputable travel company.
- If you already booked with us and find a lower like-for-like price within 24 hours, we match it and add a small extra saving as a thank you.
- No hidden fees. We show all inclusions and exclusions clearly. Driver allowances, fuel, tolls, and parking are included unless noted.
- Once you pay the deposit, your price stays stable. We will share proof and agree on the next step together.
What counts as “like-for-like”
The other quote should have:
- The same travel dates and number of travelers
- The same hotels or directly comparable ones, the same room types, and the same meal plan
- The same transport level including vehicle category and English-speaking driver-guide
- The same inclusions, such as entrance tickets, safaris, activities, and train tickets
- The same cancellation and payment terms
- Current availability and a written price in the same currency, or a clear exchange rate on the day we review
How to claim a price match
- Send us the competing quote as a PDF, email, or link.
- Share your Look Lanka quote or booking reference.

- We will verify and reply with a revised price or a clear explanation of any differences.
What we include in our quotes
- Private air-conditioned vehicle and driver-guide
- Hotel stays as per your itinerary and chosen meal plan
- Fuel, tolls, parking, and driver accommodation or allowances
- Government taxes that apply at the time of quoting Anything not listed under “Included” will appear under “Exclusions,” so there are no surprises.
What the promise does not cover
- Error fares, typos, closed-group rates, loyalty points, corporate or employee rates, coupon codes, cashbacks, bundle sites, and auctions
- Quotes from unlicensed operators or informal drivers without proper insurance and compliance
- International air tickets that are booked outside Look Lanka Our promise applies to the land arrangements we operate.
Currency and taxes
- We do not add surcharges for exchange-rate changes after you pay the deposit.
- If the government changes a tax or levy after booking, we will share the official notice and agree a fair solution with you.
Validity
- Price Match is available before booking at any time and within 24 hours after booking.
- One price match per booking. Not combined with other Look Lanka discounts unless we state otherwise.
- We reserve the right to verify availability and equivalence with our suppliers.
