DAY 1

Day 1 – Airport → Sigiriya

Welcome to Sri Lanka – Enter the Cultural Triangle

Your Sri Lanka adventure begins as you step out of the airport and meet your friendly chauffeur-guide, who will be with you throughout your journey. Leaving the busy city behind, you’ll drive through small towns, coconut plantations and paddy fields towards the Sigiriya / Dambulla area. This region is known as the Cultural Triangle, filled with ancient ruins, temples and rock fortresses that showcase the island’s royal history.

Meet & greet at Bandaranaike International Airport

Private transfer from airport to Sigiriya / Dambulla

DAY 2

Day 2 – Sigiriya → Kandy

Ancient Rock Fortress & Drive to the Hill Capital

Today you start the day near one of Sri Lanka’s most iconic landmarks, Sigiriya Rock Fortress. After breakfast, you can either climb the rock (for guests who are fit) or enjoy the gardens and surroundings from the base. Later, you will continue your journey through countryside roads and hill views towards Kandy, the cultural heart of Sri Lanka and the island’s last royal kingdom.

Drive from Sigiriya to Kandy via Matale

Optional stop at a spice garden on the way

Tea Country, Waterfalls & Ramayana Heritage

Today’s journey takes you into the heart of Sri Lanka’s tea country, a favourite region among Indian travellers for its cool climate and scenic beauty. On the way, you will visit the Ramboda Hanuman Temple, an important Ramayana site, and pass the lovely Ramboda Falls before reaching Nuwara Eliya. Known as “Little England”, this hill town offers colonial-style buildings, tea estates and peaceful lake views.

Day 4 – Nuwara Eliya → Ella

Seetha Amman Temple & Scenic Hill Journey

This morning begins with a meaningful visit to Seetha Amman Temple, a key Ramayana temple believed to be connected to Seetha Devi’s story. From there, you continue towards Ella, one of Sri Lanka’s most scenic hill towns, known for its relaxed atmosphere, waterfalls and beautiful viewpoints. The drive offers misty mountains, tea-covered slopes and plenty of photo opportunities.

You will arrive in Bentota / Ahungalla, a popular seaside area with long stretches of beach, making it perfect for relaxation after your hill and culture journeys.
